Ozan Ünal

Ozan Ünal was born in Izmir in 1974. He entered the Graphic Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University but later transferred to the Department of Fashion and Accessories in the same Faculty. While studying at the university, Ünal won several prizes in  a Beymen Academia Design Competition and a Leather Days Design Competition. He represented Turkey in the Young Designer Seminar of SAGA International Design Center in Denmark. After graduating from Dokuz Eylül University in 2000, Ünal founded Atelier Pi - Arts and Design Workshop in Karsiyaka, Izmir. He has participated in various group exhibitions and held many solo exhibitions. Ünal currently continues his work in Izmir.
