Işık Özçelik was born in Isparta in 1979. He graduated from the Sculpture Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University in 2002. After completing his master′s degree in 2007, he continued his doctoral degree at his alma mater. Since 2000, Özçelik has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey.
