Hasan Özgür Top was born in Ankara in 1987. After graduating from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University, he completed his Master′s degree in Painting at his alma mater in 2015. Since 2015 Top has participated in many group exhibitions in Istanbul. He currently continues his work in Istanbul.
