Eşref Yıldırım was born in Bursa in 1978. He finished at the Ceramic Department in the Iznik Vocational School of Uludağ University in 1998. He then went to Istanbul, and graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University in 2005. He completed his Master’s degree in Painting at Mimar Sinan University in 2009. Yıldırım has had several solo exhibitions and participated in many group exhibitions and workshops in Turkey and abroad. In 2008, he received a merit award in the 8th Şefik Bursalı Painting Competition. Yıldırım currently continues his work in Istanbul.
