Mehmet Kahraman

Mehmet Kahraman was born in Karaağaç village of Razgrat in Bulgaria in 1961. He moved to Turkey in 1978. After retiring from his work in textile in 2005, Kahraman started drawing caricature. He has published his caricatures in many periodicals containing comic strips such as "Gırgır" and "Çarşaf" and newspapers including Hürriyet-Virüs and Taka. Since 1995, Kahraman has participated in various caricature exhibitions and competitions in Turkey and abroad and received numerous awards.
