Prof. Fuat Acaroğlu

Fuat Acaroğlu was born in Ankara in 1951. He graduated from the Istanbul State Academy of Fine Arts in 1979. He continued his academic career and became an assistant in 1980 and Associate Professor in 1990. He has held many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. Acaroğlu received a fellowship from the Italian government twice (1987-1987 and 1990). In 2001 he received a professorship at the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts of Mimar Sinan University. Prof. Acaroğlu currently teaches at Istanbul Kemerburgaz University.
