Filiz Top was born in Erzurum in 1986. She graduated from the Faculty of Education at Dokuz Eylül University in 2011. She was one of the finalists in the "Young Artists of the Year" competition, which was organized by Rh+ magazine in 2010. In 2011, Top had her first solo painting exhibition at the Iş Art Izmir Gallery. She has participated in many group exhibitions. Currently, she lives and works in Izmir.
