Canan Ustaoğlu was born in Istanbul in 1972. In 2001, she graduated from the Painting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Marmara University in 2001. In 2013, Ustaoğlu participated in the group exhibition "Art 7/24 vol.2" at Armaggan Art & Design Gallery in Istanbul.
