Salih Yılmaz Beytür

Salih Yılmaz Beytür was born in Afyonkarahisar in 1951. He succeeded his father in the family business of making horse carriages. He learned how to make horse carriages, using metallic and wooden materials. Since 1974, he has been working at his workshop. Beytür also makes coach (fayton) because of the decline in the needs of horse cars. He makes faytons to order from the Big Island (Büyükada) and other Princes′ Islands in Istanbul.
