Nedret Yetiş

Nedret Yetiş was born in Ankara in 1956. In 1980, she graduated from the Department of Family and Consumer Sciences in the Faculty of Economics & Administrative Sciences at Hacettepe University. Between 1981 and 2001, Yetiş worked as a teacher and banker. Later, she continued to work as a family economist and handicraft teacher. She has taught how to make kitle dolls (taş bebek) in a private art workshop. Yetiş attended a TV program and introduced her works. In 2007, she had a solo exhibition at Gazi University.
