Şehnaz Biçer Özcan

Şehnaz Biçer Özcan was born in Istanbul in 1969. She graduated from the Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University. She continued her master’s degree at Marmara University. Currently, she continues her doctoral degree at the Turkiyat Institute of Marmara University. Since 1993, Özcan has taught at Marmara University. She has participated in more than 50 exhibitions in Turkey.
