Prof. Dr. Ahmet Eyüce graduated from the Department of Architecture in the Faculty of Architecture at Middle East Technical University in 1973. In the same year, he started working as an assistant at Ege University. He completed his master’s degree in 1976 and doctoral degree in 1979 at the Faculty of Fine Arts of Ege University. In 1978, he studied at T. U Karlsruhe Institute Für Industrielle Bauproducktion with a D.A.A.D. fellowship.

Eyüce served as a founder member of the Department of Architecture at KAAU, Jedda (1981) and Um-al-Kurra University, Mecca (1983). He taught in the Faculty of Architecture at Dokuz Eylül University (1988-1995), and served as an adviser in Betontaş A.Ş. 1998-1992). In 1995, he taught at the Faculty of Architecture of the Izmir Institute of Technology (IYTE). In the same year, he served as a deputy dean at the Faculty of Architecture. In 1998, he was awarded National Architecture Award for the Project of Izmir Aquarium. Between 1999 and 2004, he served as an adviser in the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality.

In 2004, Prof. Eyüce transferred to the Faculty of Architecture at Bahçeşehir University. He has participated in numerous conferences and symposiums in the US, Japan, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Tunis and many European countries. He has realized many projects and his academic works have been published in Turkey and abroad. Since 2006, Eyüce has served as a dean in the Faculty of Architecture at Bahçeşehir University.
