Işık Güner

Işık Güner was born in Ankara in 1983. She studied Environmental Engineering at Marmara University. She also attended painting courses of Christable King to study Botanical illustration. After graduating from Marmara University in 2006, Güner started working as a botanical artist. She currently organizes botanical illustration courses in different countries including Spain, Chile, Scotland and Turkey. She has participated in many group exhibitions such as the exhibition "On Botany" (2017) at the Blok Art Space in Istanbul. She has received several awards. Güner currently continues her work in Istanbul.
