Zeynep Tişkaya

Zeynep Tişkaya graduated from the Kütahya Vocational College of Ceramic of Anadolu University in 1991. She continued her education in the Department of Sculpture in the Faculty of Fine Art at Hacettepe University. Tişkaya then completed her master’s degree at the Department of Art History at Hacettepe University.

Tişkaya applied her design to ceramics at the workshop of Güven Ceramic Factory in 1990 and continued her work at Alopaşal Ceramic Design workshop in 1991. In 1992, she worked at Faruk Şahin Workshop (1992) and Beyza Ceramic Design Workshop (1993). Besides them, Tişkaya taught paintings, sculptures and ceramic decorating at Mert Brother Kids Club between 1999 and 2001. She also taught at the directorate of education and culture in the Ankara Metropolitan Municipality (2000-2002) and Reyhan Crèche (2000-2004). Tişkaya has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey since 1998. Her works can be seen at the museum store in Ankara Castle Çengelhan and M. Koç Museum in Ankara.
