Turan Kaplan

Turan Kaplan was born in Dursunbey, Reşadiye village in 1968. He finished primary, middle and high school in the district of Dursunbey. After finishing high school, Kaplan worked as a photographer for 4 years, and then went abroad for 4 years. Since 2000, he has been making churns. To make churns, he generally uses juniper trees and the core of black pine trees. Kaplan makes wooden gift goods as well. He makes them with the compression method without glue.
