Art Profile	:	Ömer Dinçer Kılıç was born in Erzincan in 1970. In 1991, he graduated from the Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts at Mimar Sinan University. Since 1994, he continues to work at his workshop in Sultanahmet. He has had many solo exhibitions and participated in numerous group exhibitions in Turkey and abroad. In addition to it, Kılıç is well known for his restoration works.
