Elif Aydoğdu Ağatekin

Elif Aydoğdu Ağatekin was born in Ankara in 1977. After graduating from the Ceramic Department of Anadolu University in 2000, she completed her Master′s degree (2002) and doctoral degree (2012) in Ceramics at the same university. She has participated in many group exhibitions, workshops, festivals, biennials and triennials as well as academic conferences and symposiums in Turkey and abroad. In 2014 Ağatekin held her solo ceramic exhibition entitled "In Vain" at the Nurol Art Gallery in Ankara and Bodrum. She has attended many ceramic competitions and received five awards. Ağatekin currently works as an assistant professor at the Ceramics and Glass Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Bilecik Şeyh Edebali University.
