Ebru Yalkın

Ebru Yalkın was born in Istanbul in 1972. She graduated from the Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Mimar Sinan University. She studied illumination and miniature arts with Kerim Silivrili, Mamure Öz, Semih İrteş and Nusret Çolpan. Yalkın has had solo exhibitions and has participated in many group exhibitions in Turkey. Currently, she continues to work at her workshop, and teaches at the Orhan Kemal Public Library, which belongs to the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism.
