Bekir Lekesiz

Bekir Lekesiz was born in Kütahya in 1948 and finished primary school. In 1960 he began making jewelry, which was his father’s business. He started as an apprentice and became a master craftsman soon. He is known as a “sadekâr” or “desterekâr”. Lekesiz continues to work at his own workshop in Kütahya since 1970.
