Tardu Flordun was born in Ankara in 1972. He graduated from the Theater Department at Hacettepe University. He acted in the Ankara State Theatre (1995-1997) and İzmit City Theater (1997-2008). In 1998, he performed in the film "Leoparın Kuyruğu" (1998) with Yetkin Dilinciler. Flordun has also acted in many TV series such as "Evdeki Yabancı" (2000), "Bir Tatlı Huzuru" (2002), "Camdan Pabuçlar" (2004), "Bir Varmış, Bir Yokmuş" (2005), "Davetsiz Misafir" (2005), and "Aşk Oyunu" (2005), and "Binbir Gece" (2006-2009). He acted in the crime drama film "Sis ve Gece" (2006), which was adapted from Ahmet Ümit′s novel. Flordun has appeared in many films including "O Kadın" (2007), Sözün Bittiği Yer (2007), "Bekle Beni" (2010), “Behzat Ç.: Seni Kaibime Gömdüm” (2011), "Türkan" (2011), and "Silsile" (2014).  In 2014, he received the award "Most Successful Best Actor of the Year" in the 18th Afife Theatre Awards for his performance in the play "Kim Korkar Hain Kurttan."
