Hasan Niyazi Tura was born in 1982 in Istanbul. His father, Yalçın Tura, is a renowned composer and musicologist. Hasan started studying violin with Prof. Gönül Gökdoğan at the age of seven. In 2003, he graduated from Mimar Sinan University Conservatory. Tura continued his studies with Prof. Cihat Aşkın, and attended many international music festivals. In 2006, he debuted with CRR Symphonic Orchestra, which was conducted by Rengim Gökmen. In 2010, Tura completed his master′s degree in orchestra conducting at Hacettepe University Ankara State Conservatory. He studied composition with Yalçın Tura and Hasan Uçarsu, and won the first prize for his composition at a national composition contest, organized by the Turkish Ministry of Culture and Tourism. In 2007, Tura composed "Oratorio for Martyrs" on Aytaç Yalman′s liberetto. Hasan continues working as a conductor at the Doğuş Symphonic Children Orchestra and performing as a violinist in the Presidential Symphony Orchestra.
