Nevra Serezli

Nevra Serezli was born in Ankara in 1944. She graduated from the American College for Girls. In 1965 she started working as a stage actress at the Dormen Theatre. She also participated in theatre festivals in Italy and England. In 1967 Serezli performed at the Ankara Art Theatre. In 1971-1978 she performed in many plays with Altan Erbulak and Metin Serezli. In 1984 Nevra Serezli joined the Devekuşu Kabare Theatre, where she performed until 1989. She then joined the Theatre Istanbul and taught acting at the Language and Culture Center in Istanbul. Besides theater plays, she has acted in many films and TV series since 1966. She was married to Metin Serezli from 1968 until his death in 2013. Nevra Serezli currently continues to work in Istanbul.
