Nebahat Çehre

Nebahat Çehre was born in Samsun in 1944. After being selected as Miss Turkey at the age of 15, she started working as a model. In 1961, she debuted in the film “Yaban Gülüm”. Since then, she has acted leading female role in numerous films and TV series. In 1964, Çehre performed in the film “Kamalı Zeybek”, which was directed by Yılmaz Güney. Çehre received honorary awards in the International Antalya Golden Orange Film Festivals (2005) and 18th International Adana Golden Koza Film Festival (2011).
