Nazan Kesal

Nazan Kesal was born in Manisa in 1969. After graduating from the Theater Acting Department in the Faculty of Fine Arts at Dokuz Eylül University in 1991, she moved to Istanbul and started acting in various films, commercial films and TV series. In 1994-2004 she worked as an actress and director at the Diyarbakır State Theatre. In 2004 Kesal was appointed to the Bursa State Theatre. She has also performed in the Ankara Sanatevi Theatre, Theatre Ayna, Theatre Istanbul, and Diyarbakır Art Center. Kesal has received several awards for her performance. In 2005 she married to Ercan Kesal. Kesal continues acting in films and pursues her Master′s degree at the Department of Cinema and TV of Beykent University.
