Gani Müjde

Gani Müjde was born in Istanbul in 1959. He graduated from the Cinema and Television Department at Mimar Sinan University. He worked for caricature magazines Gırgır and Firt for eight years. He also worked as an editor for Laklak magazine for a while. With some friends, Müjde founded Limon journal, for which he wrote under the title "Peynir Gemisi." Besides being a caricaturist, Müjde is a scenarist and director. He established his production company Tükenmezkalem, where he has prepared various television programs. He has also written scenarios and directed many films such as "Arabesk" (1988), "Kahpe Bizans" (1999), and "Osmanlı Cumhuriyeti" (2007). Müjde has presented various programs in several TV channels. He currently lives and works in Istanbul.
