Enver Aysever was born in Istanbul in 1971. He graduated from the Sociology Department at Mimar Sinan University. Aysever had an interest in theater as early as childhood. In 1992, he founded the Theater Çisenti, where he worked as playwright, director, actor and art director. He has written and directed many plays such as "Durdurulmuş Zamanın Fotoğrafı," "Renkler ve Günce," "Yağmurla Gelen Yüzler," "Yabancı′da Camus," "Açık Eclilik," "Dilekçe," "Frankie and Johnny," "Şimdi Yaşa Sonra Öde," and "Bir İstanbul Masalı." He also wrote many plays for children such as "Bebişler Karnavalı," "Renkler Cumhuriyeti," "Beyaz Dişler Ülkesi," "Güneşi Güldüren Soytarı," "Kakaolu Olsun," and "Yaşamak Güzel Arkadaşım." Aysever collected his plays for children in the book "Çocuk Oyunları 1." After writing the story book "Geç Kalmış Romantik," he prepared the novel "Bir An Bin Parça," for which he received 2006 Yunus Nadi Novel Award. He has also written essays including "Nasıl Yazar Olunur" and "Yaralısın Türkiye."

Aysever has also written many articles in various newspapers and journals such as Financial Forum, Varlık, Gösteri, İnsancıl, Cumhuriyet, and Birgün. He taught Television Journalism and Stage Arts at several universities, including Doğuş University, Yeditepe University, and Arel University. He served as Chief Editor at Remzi Kitap newspaper and wrote editorials for it.

Besides being a writer, Aysever has prepared and presented many TV and radio programs such as  "Lacivert" (TV8), "Kurşun Kalem" (NTV radio), "Aykırı Sorular," "Ayrıntılar," "Siyasal Analiz," "Sokağın Sesi," "Üç Demokrasi," and "Zamana Karşı" (Sky Türk TV), and "Gündem Demokrasi," "Ters Cephe," and "Pazar Politika" (Kanaltürk TV). He currently presents the program "Aykırı Sorular" on CNN Türk.
