Zeynep Tosun

Zeynep Tosun went to Milano to study fashion design after graduating from Işık University in Istanbul. She took classes at Instiituto Di Marangoni for a year, and then obtained her master’s degree at the same school. She also worked at Alberta Ferretti for one year and designed for Alberta Ferretti and Philosophy di Alberta Ferretti. Later, Tosun returned to Turkey and participated in a competition of young fashion designers, which was organized by İTKİB in 2007, and received third prize. She is one of the eight young designers, who were selected for the Designloft, which was founded by Esin Maraşlıoğlu.  For a short while, Tosun worked as a design assistant at Ece Ege’s Machka. Tosun then founded her own brand and opened her workshop in Istanbul.
