Zeynep Erdoğan

Zeynep Erdoğan, the winner of the 2001 ITKIB young designers contest (the most important Fashion competition held in Turkey), went to Milan with government scholarship to study at the Domus Academy in 2001. While studying at the Domus, she started her fashion career by transforming vintage clothes with her style of customization, and took part in Milanese concept stores with these unique pieces. In 2006, she showed her first collection at the Upside Fashion Fair during Milan Fashion Week, after which her small collections started being displayed in various concept stores in many cities in Italy and other European cities. Since the 2012 Spring-Summer Season, Erdoğan′s collections have been displayed at Dolce and Gabbana’s concept store "Spiga2 Milan." Her street couture style has rich combinations of reflections, from contrasts like ironic and formality, night details into the daily life, and bringing the classical and voguish cuts into street life with lots of retro inspirations. Since 2009, Erdoğan has shown her collections at Istanbul Fashion Week. She also designs unique corporate clothing for many companies.
