Alev Ciliv

Alev Ciliv was born in Istanbul in 1972. She studied at Milano Marangoni Design Academy. After she won first prize in the Beymen Akademia Competition in 1994, her collections under her own name were launched in Beymen for two seasons. She then designed for David People’s collection. She began working as a freelance designer and has designed for national and international companies’ collections for 10 years. In 2002, she founded her own brand “Ciliv”. In addition to pret a porte with her special design, Ciliv prepares private and special clothes for wedding, and special occasions. Her collections are launched not only in Istanbul, but also in Adana, Mersin, Ankara and Beymen in Cairo.
