6th CHICAGO TURKISH FESTIVAL
This festival is sponsored by a major grant from the Turkish Cultural Foundation.

It is the sixth year this increasingly popular festival will again be held at one of downtown Chicago's busiest squares, right across from City Hall on the block of Washington Street between Clark and Dearborn. The Festival will be open to general public free of charge from 10 AM to 6 PM CST. Free live performances will take place between noon and 2 PM at the Daley Plaza stage every day. This year's Festival will once again feature demonstrations of art, film, dance, music and gourmet food, where Chicagoans will get the opportunity to celebrate, learn, and savor Turkish hospitality, culture, heritage and cuisine.

7th BOSTON TURKISH FILM AND MUSIC FESTIVAL
Sponsored by the Turkish Cultural Foundation.

This year's 22-program festival continues the tradition of highlighting works by emerging and established Turkish filmmakers and featuring acclaimed musicians. The Opening Night film is, Fatih Akin's new drama, The Edge of Heaven. Director Reha Erdem receives the Award for Excellence in Turkish Cinema after an encore screening of his latest film Times and Winds. The Cry of The Reed by the Turkish Playwright: Sinan Unel at Wimberly Theatre, Boston.

13th BOSTON TURKISH FESTIVAL
Sponsored by the Turkish Cultural Foundation.

It is a cultural tradition in Boston since 1996. Festival highlights artistic and cultural landscape of Turkey. The Festival theme, Colors of Anatolia, reflects diversity and richness of Turkish culture.
Festival program ranges from art exhibits, workshops, performances, documentary and short film competition to culinary events.

OTTAWA TURKISH FESTIVAL

The Festival will be open to general public free of charge from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Saturday July 26, 2008 and on Sunday July 27, 2008 (2 days) at Confederation Park in Ottawa.
